LID took over the official quarterly magazine of The Institute of Leadership & Management, Edge, in early 2017. Following an initial design and editorial overhaul, Edge has since become a valued offer to Institute members, actively read by +25,000 executives and alumni around the UK.
Attracting renowned business editor and Forbes writer Sally Percy to the role of editor, LID and the Institute work closely to produce and showcase insights aligning with the Institute’s main goals.
As of Jan 2018, LID also manages digital content distribution and marketing platforms for Edge and the Institute.

When we started working with the team at LID Publishing, we had a broad idea of wanting to re-energise our flagship management magazine. With their expertise and creativity, LID translated that broad idea into a compelling vision and, ultimately, transformed that vision into reality. The launch of our new Edge magazine has had an amazing impact and our relationship with LID continues to stimulate both our thinking and our voice on leadership and management.
Together, we’re reaching new audiences with great content. It’s no wonder that beyond our original project, our alliance with LID has already expanded into series of exciting new collaborations.
